Thank you for your interest in participating in “Race Across India”. Before you proceed further to book your spot, we strongly recommend you to go through the following terms and conditions:

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, ‘purchaser’, ‘participant’, ‘rider’ and ‘racer’ will refer to you – the person who will participate as a racer in Race Across India. ‘Crew Team’, ‘Support Crew’, ‘Support’ refers to the individual(s) accompanying the participant in their own four wheeled motor vehicle. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’, ‘organiser’, and similar terms will refer to TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd.
By opting to participate in Race Across India, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not participate in Race Across India.
Please note that TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website raceacrossindia.org. These changes will relate back to the date of booking of Race Across India participation.
The price for one participant (solo or as a team) in Race Across India is mentioned on raceacrossindia.org. This figure is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Riders have to bear the cost of food, travel, support vehicles, crew members, crew cars, nutrition, medical supplies, medical emergencies etc.
Participation represents a revocable license for you to access any event venue as decided by TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. during March 2023, when Race Across India is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend the Race Across India. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
The participant has to assume full responsibility of the Race Across India participation-cum-payment-receipt, once (s)he receives it (via post or email). It is mandatory to produce this document during the flag off race day.
Kindly note that https://raceacrossindia.org is the sole authorised source for Race Across India participation, rules and regulation.
The Race Across India participation document(s) delivered to you via post or email are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your participation or enrolment as a rider.
Please note that Race Across India participation cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
Rider(s), crew and media team are willing and they give there consent to be tracked by an a dedicated GPS device or a GPS software-enabled device or installing an GPS tracking software on there phone for the entire event duration.
The participant(s) and accompanying crew members will be phographed or videogrqaphed during the event. These photographs and videos will be used in print media, social media, website or any other form of media for event promotion.
TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Race Across India terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Race Across India starts on 1^st March 2023.
If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the checkpoint due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

If Race Across India is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If Race Across India is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make a good option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. will be considered final.
If Race Across India has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the amount paid towards participation in the event. The participant cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, training, commute and such other charges.
Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

All payments made for participation are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no returns/exchanges/cancellations/tranfers.
Race Across India is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By booking your participation, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of booking your spot. The ‘minimum age’ for attending Race Across India is 18 years.
Race across India is a timed event. Total time of the rider is considered. The participants who have completed the race in cut-off time applicable for their opted category, will only be considered as the ones who finished the race.
By participating in Race Across India the rider is agreeing to give consent to be tracked. Tracker needs to be on at all times of the race. It is the duty of participant to ensure that the tracker is not lost, misplaced or stolen.
All participants of Race Across India Route have to compulsorily ride along the route given on website raceacrossindia.org. However, the organiser reserves the right to change, modify or amend the route at their will.
Each rider has to meet the cut-off time of each time station well in time.
It is the responsibility of the rider and support crew to ensure that rules and regulation as declared by the organiser are met with due due diligence. Any evidence suggesting otherwise, the participant is liable to be considered as ‘disqualified’.
Each rider needs to be medically fit and obtain a medical certificate from a doctor in the format provided here: https://raceacrossindia.org/medical-certificate.
Rider and the respective support crew need to maintain the road disciplines and not cause any trouble to the general public on route. It is also their responsibility to ensure that traffic rules are followed in all jurisdiction as the race progresses from one state to other. Any penalty due to non-conformance with the traffic rules during race will be borne by the participant.
Rider and the respective support crew are responsible for their actions or issues that may arise during the course of race like: Non following of rules, accidents, medical emergency, ill health, bike crash, bike repairs, natural calamities etc. Organizers, volunteers and officials are not responsible.
Insurance for the riders, support crew is mandatory. Insurance company and sum amount to be insured is the rider’s decision.
If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to Race Across India. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.
At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the pdf document and a valid identification document (PAN card and Aadhar Card for Indian Participants, Passport for non-Indian Participants). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.
By booking your spot for Race Across India and participating in the event, you give your consent to TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.
TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
Race Across India and TigerMan Sports Pvt. Ltd. follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at Race Across India and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your participation in Race Across India will become void from that point on.
Please note that you participate in Race Across India on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the wire transfer made to TigerMan Sports Pvt Ltd. bank account. Refund/return/cancellation/transfer requests will not be entertained.
In all cases of disputes between the participant and the organiser, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
