A team of organizers plans, coordinates, and executes events or projects, ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and successful outcomes.
Vivitt is a Business owner & entrepreneur, based in Hubli. A Diligent planner and thinker, he has done & hosted many marathons. He established his interest in crewing for cyclists when he & Amit Samarth, both crewed Ms. Seana Hogan, a 60-year-old cyclist, at RAIN 2016. RAIN is said to be one of the toughest races in the world primarily for its stringent rules & regulations. The very next year in 2017, Vivitt became the Crew Chief for Amit at RAIN 2017 where Amit became the first Indian in his first attempt to finish this race in 37 years of RAIN history. Vivitt then went on to become a crucial part in all of the rides and world records created by Dr. Amit Samarth. Having seen the toughness of this sport, learning the tricks of the trade, and how a long-distance race actually functions, he is the Race Director at Race Across India. With profound experience, he was enroute with all the riders, making sure the race was followed with WUCA Standards which ultimately elevated this race to a professional level Ultracycling championship. He was on a 24×7 long spree to make this race a grand success.
Dilip is a retired IT professional from Oman. He’s currently living in Nagpur and works diligently to promote cycling in various events in and around Nagpur, is a cyclist himself. He achieved the Super Randonneurs badge , completed the BRM 1000 kms & Cycle yatra of 2600 Km recently. He has had hands-on experience in crewing Dr. Amit Samarth being a Crew Member for Ride Across India Golden Quadrilateral Feb 2021. WUCA official for Mission Zero Mile (MZM 1.0 Delhi to Nagpur) Nov 2021. He then became the Crewing Chief for Mission Zero Mile (MZM 2.0 – Chennai to Nagpur ) in March 2022. He also then went on to become Crew Chief for his fellow cyclist friends for the Deccan Cliffhanger Race. With Race Across India, Dilip was responsible for Time Station Management and Marshalling. He is the only organising member to have travelled 20,000 kms in total including Recee of the entire route from Kashmir to Kanyakumari , making sure to note all the loopholes along the way. He hand-picked his team of Time Station Managers and Marshalls and with that, He also travelled on route with riders to facilitate their journey and help them achieve this goal of 3651 kms inside cut off time. “Ice- Man” as widely known, handled all sorts of storms with the coolest, most calm way possible including coming up with the accurate tagline for the race “IndianOil Race Across India ?? Dream it ! Believe it ! Achieve it !”
Mukul is a Fitness Enthusiast, professionally an Architect and manages her sports businesses in Nagpur, along with her husband Dr. Amit Samarth. She’s been a consistent supporter of all of Amit’s endeavours since the very beginning and continues to do so with her expertise in branding and event management . With her massive experience in hosting short cycling races, marathons, and Triathlons & also crewing Amit in all his UltraCycling world records, she is the Creative Head at Race Across India. She ideated and managed the riders experience throughout the race which was superbly grand. A race with such grandeur is brought about when there is personal touch and emotion attached to making the rider feel special, with the vision to create a lifetime memory for them and their crew members.
Jeetendra Nayak is an accomplished professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in engineering, manufacturing, and social impact initiatives. A graduate of the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology (B.E. E&C, 1990), he has been at the forefront of innovative ventures in the hydraulic, mining, and oil & gas sectors. As the founder of Ank Seals Pvt. Ltd. in 1995, he spearheaded technical collaborations to manufacture hydraulic seals using advanced CNC technology and introduced proprietary solutions like Ankpufyl for underground mining tyre solidification applications. In 1999, he established Minar Hydrosystems Pvt. Ltd., developing expertise in low-pressure hydraulic cylinders and ultra-high-pressure bolting tools, positioning the company as a trusted maintenance contractor for petroleum refineries and pipelines across India and the Middle East. Further, in 2005, he founded Minerva Auto Motors, the first dealer of Mercedes Benz mining tippers in India, which later transitioned into the supply and maintenance of onshore drilling equipment, becoming the exclusive dealer for Schramm Inc., USA.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jeetendra Nayak is deeply committed to social service and philanthropy, making significant contributions to rural healthcare, education, and tribal welfare. Since 1999, he has been a Trustee of Baba Amte’s institutions, raising funds for critical projects like the Hemalkasa hospital and the Amte Animal Rescue Centre. As Director of Medical Services for GSB Sabha, Nagpur, since 2013, he has organized 11 pediatric surgical missions, providing life-saving care to over 1,300 children in partnership with Peedh Parai International and local hospitals. Through the ProHealth Foundation, he has raised funds and supported international ultra-cyclist Dr. Amit Samarth in global endurance challenges like RAIN, Trans-Siberian Challenge, and Ride Across India, while also serving as Project Director for the IndianOil Race Across India in 2023. Additionally, he is working under the Bantwal Ananth Mallya Charitable Trust to establish an 8-bed dialysis center in Bantwal, Karnataka, and as Co-chair of Share Our Strength’s India chapter, he collaborates with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to establish mid-day meal kitchens in Nagpur.
Jeetendra also serves as Director of Vidarbha Literary Foundation, promoting non-fiction literature and supporting education for underprivileged students through initiatives like the VidLitFest. His commitment to education extends to advisory roles on the board of the Government College of Engineering, Nagpur, and the Mechanical Engineering department of Manipal Institute of Technology. As Project Director of Race Across India and Tigerman Sports Pvt. Ltd., Jeetendra leads India’s most prestigious endurance sports initiatives, including the landmark IndianOil Race Across India, a 3651 km race from Srinagar to Kanyakumari. With his unwavering dedication to excellence and community building, Jeetendra continues to uplift the endurance sports ecosystem and contribute meaningfully to society.
Ravindra Paranjape, 52, Businessman , philanthropist , Activist for Road safety and Traffic awareness and Sports Promoter
Ravindra Paranjape is a multifaceted individual, blending entrepreneurial success with a deep commitment to community development and sports promotion. Actively involved with Tigerman Sports, he has been instrumental in fostering a culture of athletics and competition. His passion for endurance sports is exemplified through his role as a crew member for Dr. Amit Samarth, providing steadfast support during various challenging events.
As a core team member, Ravindra ensures meticulous planning and execution of events, demonstrating his eye for detail and organizational prowess in Big events like " Iocl Race across India", " Moil Tigerman triathlon" and all other events of Tigerman sports pvt ltd.

He has been a key member of RAIN Team for the last three years now since thought of creating Race Across India. Since initial days of just thinking about Race Across India
Beyond sports, he is a talented singer and an empathetic philanthropist, contributing significantly to causes such as Akshaypatra ( Mid day meal for govt aided schools), Jeevansuraksha ( palliative care hosp for terminally ill old age patients), and VLF (Vidarbha Literary Festival). His altruistic endeavors reflect his dedication to creating a positive impact in the lives of others.

Manoj Jadhav, A Mechanical engineer by profession is a distinguished manufacturer of tailor made, special purpose industrial machines, renowned for his innovative tools and contributions to the industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply involved in social work and community initiatives like promoting communal harmony, encouraging youth for sports etc.
One of his notable contributions in " IndianOil race across India" includes his immense efforts in improving and managing the cycle route from Nirmal to Madurai, ensuring smoother and more efficient transportation for the benefit of the cyclists.
His dedication to both his profession and social causes reflects his commitment to driving progress and making a meaningful impact on society.
His soft nature to build a team, act as a leader and become a team member as well has won many hearts.
Bhushan Deosarkar Sir is one of the very senior members of Miles N Milers and Tigerman Sports Team. He has been on the Organizing Team of Tigerman Triathlon and Duathlon and IndianOil Race Across India He has also crewed Dr.Amit Samarth multiple times.
Last year also he was on the Organizing Team of Race Across India .He was the Swim Course incharge of Tigerman Triathlon.
This year, he was part of the on road time station Management team all the way from Srinagar to Kanyakumari for Race Across India. He was also part of Satpuda King of Mountain race team.
Started working after Graduation with Brooke Bond India Ltd. Aurangabad. After working for two years Joined PSU Bank of India near Nagpur. Worked for 37 years in different positions like Cashier, Officer, Credit Manager & Branch Manager in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh States. Retired Voluntarily on June, 30, 2018 as Branch Manager.He is Fitness Enthusiast Badminton Player in schools & colleges days. Captain of G.S.College Badminton Team. Selected for Nagpur University Team Started Cycling after Retirement 2018,Total Cycling Distance: Over 25000 kms (as of current date) Successfully Completed MLK Cycle Trek of about 600 kms in the year 2021. 3 Times Successfully Completed 200 kms BRM.He is working with the Race across India team from 1st edition volunteering, organising, supporting the event.
Grown to be a well-known UltraCycling athlete being a finisher of Race Across America (2017), RedBull Trans-Siberian (2018), holding WUCA recognised World records with Ride Across India Golden Quadrilateral 6000 km in 13 days 9 hours, Delhi to Nagpur 1035 km in 39 hours, Chennai to Nagpur 1131 km in 44 hours record time. Apart from his personal accolades, he personally trains individuals at his fitness academy of 400+ members, Miles n Milers, based in Nagpur, for competitive races and triathlons, out of which 7 riders who trained under him participated in Race Across India and finished it with flying colours in the first edition. His true idea of success goes beyond his own achievements, and that is to ultimately elevate the cycling community in India, to build such a huge platform for cycling that each individual watching this race can increase their capacity to cycle longer distances and ultimately feel invincible.
